The Cape Parrot Working Group is currently a working group of Birdlife South Africa. The aim of the Cape Parrot Working Group is to conduct research on African parrot species and to develop plans for parrot conservation. Currently we have four field projects ongoing and a further three planned. The Cape Parrot Working Group would like to instigate a number of other projects but this is dependent on funding.
