The association CEPA (Conservation of Species and Animal Populations) contributes to conservation of highly endangered but often "forgotten" species. The main aims are :
- to support long term conservation projects for animal populations in their natural habitats,
- take part in additional captive breeding programmes.
The French overseas territories and the French speaking tropical countries are particularly high priorities for CEPA.
