Global Vision International
The underlying aim of Global Vision International (GVI) is the promotion of sustainable development through partnership with aid reliant organisations. These organisations and dedicated GVI Volunteers combine resources to fulfil project goals. Partner organisations share GVI's vision and are committed to GVI's three focal points of sustainable development; environmental research, education and community development. Priority in partnerships is given to struggling organisations in developing countries where the need for assistance is greatest. The primary focus of an expedition is to the project itself and attaining expedition goals. However, GVI is also equally committed to its Volunteers, helping Volunteers to meet personal goals as well as those of the team. Through the contributions and hands on work of GVI Volunteers they are able to supply the investment and skills to selected projects. Since its formation in 1998, Global Vision International has sent almost one hundred Volunteers on overseas expeditions. Through its alliance with aid reliant environmental organisations throughout the world, Global Vision (GVI) Volunteers fulfil a critical void in the fields of environmental research, conservation, education and community development. Dedicated GVI Volunteers acquire and then use their expertise and skills to reach mission goals, which ultimately contribute to GVI's aim at aiding and promoting global sustainable development. \n This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it >Email them for more information or visit their website.
