Kenya | African Environmental Film Foundation (AEFF) |
"Environmental education through film" - the motto of AEFF -African Environmental Film Foundation. AEFF is making educational films about environmental issues, specifically for African people, narrated in their own languages. The films illustrate the direct benefits African people will gain by conserving their natural environment and their wildlife, which is the greatest self-renewing resource the continent will ever have.
As a secondary, though no less important, priority, AEFF will be narrated in many different languages, and distributed to educational institutions in USA, Europe and Asia. This international aspect of African Environmental Film Foundation's work is vital because environmental problems are global problems. What happens in Africa will affect everyone. AEFF already has a guaranteed audience in excess of one million adults (& many more children) per month in East Africa alone!
By making educational films, which are interesting and captivating, they have an unprecedented opportunity to reach millions of people and make a real difference towards creating a better world and a better future for people and animals, not only in Africa, but throughout the world. Visit their site to see how you can help.
