The Save My Future Foundation (SAMFU) is a Liberian non-profit, non-governmental organization founded founded in June 1987 by Monsignor Robert G. Tikpor a (renown Catholic Priest) Mr. Ronnie Siakor and Oswald Hensiles. The institution was dormant for most of the 1990s due to the civil war. Following the cessation of hostilities in 1997, efforts to reorganize SAMFU began.
SAMFU's mission is to facilitate and promote participatory community-based sustainable natural and human resource management and development in Liberia. SAMFU activities are directed towards protection for the environment, facilitating nature conservation and embrace the promotion of social justice, equality and respect for human rights. All programs are participatory and community-based to ensure that the people are totally involved in the identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their projects. The organization undertakes research, advocates for and works with rural people to bring about positive change in their communities.

- Research. The organization undertakes periodic participatory research to gather information and highlights issues of public concern relative to natural resources management and associated issues.
- Advocacy. Information gathered is used to lobby for change through direct engagement with other stakeholders, including national policy makers, opinion leaders, chiefs and traditional leaders, ordinary people, rural communities and the media.
- Empowerment. The organization facilitates communal action planning in targeted rural communities to collectively and publicly discuss natural resource management and associated issues, plan actions and support their actions designed to bring about the required change; and provide national policy makers, opinion leaders, chiefs and traditional leaders, ordinary people, rural communities and the media with vital information and facilitate/ promote informed public debates on the cross-cutting issues of natural resource management, the environment, social justice and human rights
